Hello Parents/Coaches/Players – We have a wonderful opportunity to take advantage of what Proactive Coaching has to offer.  Proactive coaching was created by Bruce Brown who has a wealth of coaching knowledge to offer and has turned his passion into a very powerful message.  In saying that, Mike Morgan of Proactive Coaching (Bruce Brown doesn’t travel much anymore) will be at the Joseph High School Library from 6-7 PM on Wednesday, August 24th to talk to parents.  This is open to all age children’s parents from K-12th grade.  Mike is also conducting lessons with our student-athletes and our coaches earlier that day.   Proactive coaching works to create character-based team culture, provide a blueprint for team leadership, develop confident, tough-minded, fearless competitors, and train coaches for excellence and significance.  We hope as many parents can make it as possible.  This truly is an opportunity to listen to very experienced individuals in athletics.  Please pass on so we can have as many people as possible.  Please feel free to contact Lance Homan with any questions and please check out Proactive Coaching’s website at  You can also google Bruce Brown and proactive coaching and listen to him online.  The coaches will meet with Proactive Coaching from 4-5 pm, with student athletes to follow from 5-6 pm.
