Update 1/23

posted Jan 24, 2020, 1:18 PM by Angela Gorham   [ updated Jan 24, 2020, 1:20 PM ]
  • Several rooms in the K-4 building have been cleaned.  We will keep you updated when the K-4 section of building is totally finished.
  • The cleaning crew is cruising right along.
  • I am attaching an ESD bus and parent drop off map.  It is important that if you are dropping off your student at the ESD you go down SW 1st street to the end of the dead end and turn around and drop your students off at the West side of the Sheriff's office.  From there we will have adults walk your children across W. Greenwood Street to the ESD.  The South end of the ESD will be blocked off for busses.  We will have man power all over when students are being dropped off.  If you would like to check out the new K-4 facility, feel free.
  • Busses will drop off at the ESD around 7:45 am.  The students will leave the ESD at 3:20 pm. Once the busses have departed, parents can pick up right in front of the South end of the ESD.  Any walkers in Enterprise will be excused once the busses depart the ESD.
  • The ESD building will house the ESD employees who work with all of the county districts and ourselves.  Angela Gorham and Lance Homan will be stationed in the hall for supervision and to help guests.  Both entrances will be unlocked until 8 am.  At 8 am the door on the west side facing "The Vault" fitness center will be locked.  The main entrance on the Sheriff's side will be the only unlocked door.  If you need to get a hold of your student, please call Lance Homan 541-263-1739 and we will get messages to your child.  You may also call the main office phone in Joseph 541-432-7311 and they will relay the message.  We are taking every precaution to make sure your children are safe.
  • The ESD building really is becoming a great space.  The staff has worked tirelessly to make it feel like a school.
  • All staff are excited for this new opportunity and we look forward to the continuation of educating your children.
Stay tuned for more updates.
