“Time spent preserving nature is never time wasted.”

One of the days spent in Los Barilles was dedicated to enjoying and learning about their fragile, yet diverse ecosystem. Students were able to learn from local students and instructors dedicated to preserving their natural resources. Paulina and her students shared their outdoor school program along with projects built by students after a morning spent snorkeling in the reefs.

“We make a living by what we get. We make a life by what we give.” -Winston Churchill.
Our JCS and WHS interact students spent time on our service trip to Los Barriles, Mexico to work with local clinics to provide schools with health screenings for many that do not have regular access to healthcare.
